Highlights of the 3rd Quarter:
In the quarter, the company, via its mobile subsidiary i-Mobilize and its white label accounts, continued its ongoing development, updates, and deployment of content packaged as individual or Mega-Apps on both the Apple iOS and Google Play platforms.
• The company released 10 new or updated Apps on the iOS and Android systems, 5 of which were Mega-Apps.
Other key events in the quarter:
• Metatron announced its 10th consecutive quarterly extension of the Moratorium on Authorized Share increase or reverse splits, this latest effective through Q4 2013 (December 31, 2013). The company has no plans to end either beyond that time frame.
• Metatron reached an App development agreement with best-selling author and renowned spiritual teacher Dr. Barbara Sherry Rose.
The company continued to release new content and capture market share while increasing revenues YOY. This trend will most likely continue with the upcoming release of several major apps, including one for best-selling author and Oprah’s #1 guest Gary Zukav. With the release of many new iOS devices recently, we expect to see a significant increase in revenue this holiday season, traditionally the best time of year for app sales.
